A top McCain adviser said both [Ken] Mehlman and [Karl] Rove are now informally advising the campaign.

Did a Clinton surrogate use the fear card against Obama?

Did Senator Evan Bayh use the fear card against Barack Obama in his rationale behind supporting Hillary Clinton's campaign or is Face the Nation host Bill Schieffer over-reacting?
