I. Charles Matthews makes his case for mayor on Face the State


Democratic mayoral candidate I. Charles Matthews is the latest challenger in the hotly contested Mayoral race in Hartford to make an appearance on Face the State.

Saying that it's time for Hartford to "move on" , the recent endorsed candidate by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) union is looking to stand out among the crowded field of Democratic candidates who are challenging current mayor Eddie Perez in the primary.
