I. Charles Matthews interivew with Colin McEnroe

Recently, WTIC's Colin McEnroe interviewed Democratic candidate for mayor of Hartford, I. Charles Matthews.

Matthews, the once former deputy mayor, is one of a long list of Democrats challenging the current mayor, and loyal friend of Joe Lieberman, Eddie Perez. In his sit down with McEnroe, Matthews outlined his vision for the city and why he feels that he's the best qualified for the top job in Hartford.
